In BidPrime’s ongoing efforts to make sure you are on top of the changes in the California eProcurement world, here is the latest update.

BidSync is out, Cal eProcure is in – Register now!

On Jan. 4, 2016, Cal eProcure replaced BidSync as the state’s vendor portal. To receive bid opportunity notifications – and to customize notifications for opportunities specific to your business – you must register with Cal eProcure.

If you received a letter via U.S. Mail with registration or login information, please follow the instructions on the letter to create or access your account. Please note: the code provided in your letter will expire on Feb. 7, 2016. After the code expires you will need to contact the FI$Cal Portal Support team to complete your registration. Small Businesses (SBs) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBEs) should have received a letter with instructions to use their DGS-issued certification ID as their User ID, and a temporary password to access their existing certification record. If you are unsure what your DGS-issued certification ID is, it can be obtained by searching for your business using the SB/DVBE search available at Cal eProcure.

If you have not received a letter, visit the Cal eProcure website, select “Sell to the State” and click the “Register as a Bidder” button. Please contact the FI$Cal Portal Support Center with questions about logging in or registering:

Hours of operation (phone and email) are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, except on state holidays.

Webinars are available to walk you through Cal eProcure registration or SB/DVBE supplier certification. Further resources for Cal eProcure are available online:
