The grades are in! We’ve been talking about various aspects of U.S. infrastructure for years. Bridges in the U.S., yikes! Mr. Greg DiLoreto, 2013 President of the American Society of Civil Engineers, has spoken to Congress and now he speaks to you on our infrastructure.
